Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Gold Valuation * & enhancing the POS** growth of the particular branch.
• Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL _GL branch in the proper catchment areas
• Accounting & handling cash in the branch for Gold Loan transactions.
• Good in clerical ability & systematic working is highly appreciated.
• Accuracy in calculation, counting & maintenance of records.
• Cross selling of multiple investment products..

*Gold Valuation: Training will be provided by the company

**POS : Principle Outstanding

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial instrument sales. Gold Loan experience preferable.

Competencies:

• Should flair for customer handling & sales.
• Flexible for traveling & doing outdoor activities.
• Require multitasking ability, convincing & good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to take up responsibilities & ownership proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have basic knowledge on computer.
