Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to international clients through phone calls, emails, and chats.
  
• Handle customer queries related to products, services, and orders in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Resolve customer issues efficiently by troubleshooting problems and escalating when necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in International BPO or similar industry.
  
• Fluent English language skills with excellent communication abilities.
  
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings (US shift).
  
• Proven track record of outstanding customer support/Seller support

• Graduation is mandatory
