Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible and accountable for providing line management leadership to Statistical programming teams working across (ADaM, TLF, SDTM) within ICON Strategic Solutions.
- Ensure team deliverables are met to the expected quality within agreed timelines.
- Mentor / develop teams under the guidance of Manager / Sr. Manager or designee.
- Support Operations activities covering recruitment planning, interviewing, employee onboarding & invoice management under minimal supervision

Preferred candidate profile

Overall Experience of 9+ years in Biostats/Programming
Senior Statistical Programmers and above with minimum of 2 years of Project team management/coordination experience.
Relevant Statistical Programming (ADaM, TLF, SDTM) background & experience.
Prior experience within Statistical Programming Function.
Supervisory experience including project management, resource planning, staff recruitment, performance evaluations, career development and training.
Proven leadership skills.
Ability to liaise successfully with sponsors.
Excellent written & oral communication skills, accuracy and attentiveness to details.
Capability to work within a team environment.
Capability to manage competing priorities in a changeable environment.
Capability to handle stressful situations and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
