Conduct regular field visits to monitor agent activities, provide coaching, and address any issues that may arise.
Build strong relationships with existing agents to increase sales performance and retention rates.
Identify, recruit, and train new agents to expand the agency network.
Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales through local area network (LAN) development.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-6 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field sales role.
Strong understanding of agency sales principles, including recruiting, training, and developing agents.
Excellent communication skills for building relationships with agents, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
