Job Title: HR Intern
Company: OYO Hotels and Homes Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid - Minimum 2 days from office per week)
Duration: 1 Month
About the Role:
OYO Hotels and Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR operations team during a system migration project for our UK and US business units. The role will involve close coordination with HR and support desk teams, focusing on documentation, data accuracy and process alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with system migration activities for UK and US business units.
- Support in maintaining and updating HR documentation and employee records.
- Provide support desk assistance to ensure smooth transition and resolve queries.
- Help prepare HR reports and maintain compliance and migration documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data updates.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and documentation tools.
- Must be available to work from the Gurugram office at least twice a week.
