Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business
of its branch.
- Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for
ensuring business growth.
- Systematic planning abilities are required for smooth
functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness
within the company and co-workers.
- Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing
them with timely feedback on their performance
- Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling
the team
- Preparing reports related to branch functioning and its
performance.
- Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals.
- Must be able to identify quality & purity of Gold in any form
by manual process.
- Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer.
- Have understanding of IIFL Gold loan business and schemes.
- Keeping the existing customers updated with their existing
account details.
- Focus on marketing activities to ensure that IIFL brand is
known in the targeted catchment area of atleast 5 squarekilometres radius for enhancing walk-ins resulting inbusiness.
- Business development and recovery of overdue loans
- Adherence to the administrative processes, norms, policies
& discipline of the organization is a must
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 years experience as a Branch manager in BFSI sector and minimum 2 year in gold loan.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple task.
