Job Description

Purpose of the Job :

The primary focus of the job is to support the delivery of the Supply Management Transformation program:

  • Supporting the standardization and development of the purchasing processes: the methodology, the organization, and the execution of the administrative tasks
  • Extracting Managed data and Support Process Flows.
  • Catalog migration (update SKUs listed, change assortment to sites, link of Product and Article)
  • Monitoring and responsible of the system tests scenarios in the reporting tool
  • Identify deviations from the to be process and escalate possible risks / differences to the Management.
  • Data collection for global projects' requirements
  • Training of teammates in operative processes

Context and main issues Describe the most difficult types of problems the jobholder has to face (internal or external to Sodexo) and/or the regulations, guidelines, practices that are to be adhered to:


The supply management Program deployment (Dynamic 365) will be deployed across the region. The team will need to perform.

1. Test ERP data.

2. Align with data champion to ensure process improve data quality on prioritized topics.

3. Support EDI implementation and exchange with Suppliers.

4. Support Business analyst EDI manager and catalogue manager.


Main Assignments :

  • Data request

Understand the data to be extracted and transformed. Worked with Stake Holder to manage the transformations and missing data.

  • Process

Work with the EDI project manager, catalogue manager and analyst manager to develop process.

Trained the local team in the new process.

  • Data Analysis, Reporting & Process Optimisation

In alignment to the analysis and reporting requirements of the procurement function, complete data analysis and reporting tasks in a timely manner with accuracy and quality in the results provided.

Utilise necessary tools to increase the quality and efficiency of the data analysis and reporting tasks (i.e. advanced Excel: pivot tables

Complete reporting per timelines and undertake ad-hoc reports (i.e. Corporate Sustainability) as required.

Drive continued improvements in analysis and advanced analytics reporting.


Person Specification :

Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or above in commerce / cost accountant / BBA
  • 3+ years of experience as a minimum in Supply Chain MIS or data Analytic

Skills:

  • English speaking & writing fluently.
  • Experience in Dynamic 365 preferred.
  • Knowledge of advanced excel.
  • Good communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience of P2P process preferred.
  • Detailed oriented, hands-on, ability to manage large data manipulation (Excel, data capture, etc.)
  • Problem solving, hands-on
