Purpose of the Job :
The primary focus of the job is to support the delivery of the Supply Management Transformation program:

The supply management Program deployment (Dynamic 365) will be deployed across the region. The team will need to perform.
1. Test ERP data.
2. Align with data champion to ensure process improve data quality on prioritized topics.
3. Support EDI implementation and exchange with Suppliers.
4. Support Business analyst EDI manager and catalogue manager.
Main Assignments :
Understand the data to be extracted and transformed. Worked with Stake Holder to manage the transformations and missing data.
Work with the EDI project manager, catalogue manager and analyst manager to develop process.
Trained the local team in the new process.
In alignment to the analysis and reporting requirements of the procurement function, complete data analysis and reporting tasks in a timely manner with accuracy and quality in the results provided.
Utilise necessary tools to increase the quality and efficiency of the data analysis and reporting tasks (i.e. advanced Excel: pivot tables
Complete reporting per timelines and undertake ad-hoc reports (i.e. Corporate Sustainability) as required.
Drive continued improvements in analysis and advanced analytics reporting.
