Food & Beverages
(F&B)

What will you be doing
Ensure seamless F&B (food & beverages) availability across storefronts through in-house kitchen and
delivery models
Enable comprehensive meal plans (CP/AP/MAP) to cater to diverse guest needs
Regularly visit storefronts to drive F&B sales in collaboration with operating partners and hotel
managers
Enhance guest experience through quality audits, menu optimization, and performance discussions
with F&B partners
Ensure revenue assurance by tracking and maintaining timely records of all transactions
Identify and address pilferages or deviations effectively
Drive asset monetization by utilizing unutilized spaces for innovative F&B initiatives
Build and manage a pool of F&B vendors to establish cloud/delivery kitchens at the city level

Expansion of F&B units in new storefronts across assigned hub(s)
Required Skills
Ready to travel as and when required and willingness to work on field

Who are we looking for
Strong experience in F&B operations, F&B sales, and guest experience
Experience in food tech startups, QSR retail and hospitality sector preferred
