Job Description:
New Client Acquisition
Business Renewal: Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients.
Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals and cold calling.
Closure and Collection: Manage Prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a
logical closure with required documentation.
Process Adherence: Execution of the role in line with the organizations guidelines and processes.
Build organization assets Identify patterns and implement solutions that can be leveraged across
customer base. Improve productivity through tooling and process enhancements.
Required skills:
1) Graduate with Good communication skills.
2) Comfortable with cold calling with 1-2 years experience of B2B sales.
3) Must have Client && escalation Handling Skills.
4) Confident, Pleasing and a go-getter personality.
5) Attitude && Aptitude for Sales.
6) Initiative && Flexibility: Recognizes the need to adapt to change && implement appropriate
solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase
effectiveness and success on campaigns.
