Eligibility:

• Education: MBA (HR)  Freshers can apply
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience in end-to-end recruitment (BPO hiring preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic BPO roles.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and daily recruitment trackers.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Good communication in Telugu, Hindi & English
• Knowledge of sourcing methods (Job portals, social media, referrals)
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Confident, proactive and organized
