We are conducting Walk in Interview for FRESHERS & EXPERIENCED FOR International Customer voice Support

Walk-In in Date - Nov 16 & Nov 17 ( Sunday and Monday )

Walk-in time - 11am to 3pm

Salary and Benefits:

• Freshers Rs 19000 take home per month plus Rs 1800 as performance bonus (Salary not negotiable)
• Experienced Rs 21000 take home per month plus Rs 2300 as performance bonus (Salary not negotiable)
• Two-way free cab facility for both pick and drop (*25 km radius)

Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 5yrs (Any industry and freshers are welcome)
• Education: +2 / Higher secondary & above
• Good written skill in English and spoken skill in English is required
• Should be an immediate joiner
• Should be able to work in night shifts (no day shifts)
• Should be flexible for rotational week-off

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries regarding product features, services, through voice and chat.
• Identify customer needs, diagnose issues accurately, and provide clear, step-by-step solutions in a timely manner.
