Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including US.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Work on rotational shifts, with a mix of day and night shifts available.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in an international call center or similar environment.
Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
