Credit Head @ Leading Client

We are looking for a skilled Credit Head to join our team in Mumbai, responsible for credit and risk appraisal of secured loans. The ideal candidate will have 8-14 years of experience in the financial services industry.

• Conduct thorough credit and risk appraisals of secured loans.
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and structure proposals that fulfill both customer requirements and company goals.
• Utilize various avenues to gather customer information while underwriting.
• Scrutinize borrower assets, KYC, and financial documents as part of loan processing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless loan processing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in credit or risk management roles.
• Strong knowledge of credit head, secured loans, NBFC, and walk-in procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to assess complex credit data.
• Experience working with financial software and systems is preferred.
• Qualification: B.B.A, B.Com, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Com.
