Role Overview
In this position, Candiate will collaborate closely with customers, software engineers, and machine learning experts to ensure successful, high-impact deployments of AI agents. Candidate will be responsible for designing and developing intelligent agents, integrating them seamlessly with external systems, and providing hands-on technical support throughout the deployment lifecycle.
This role demands strong engineering capabilities, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset. If you're analytical, self-driven, and passionate about applying AI to solve real-world problems, we'd love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy intelligent AI agents tailored to customer needs
- Integrate AI solutions with external platforms and enterprise systems
- Provide technical guidance and support during implementation and post-deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the core AI platform
- Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction
Ideal Candidate
- Strong coding skills in Python and JavaScript & System integration expertise (APIs, authentication protocols)
- Conceptual knowledge of LLM frameworks (LangGraph or PydanticAI), RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Services
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong engineering background with experience in AI/ML systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working in dynamic, customer-facing environments
- Passionate about leveraging AI for practical, impactful applications
- Total Years of Experience: 4 Years
- Working Hours: EST Time Zone (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST) May be extended depending on work.
