Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automation with UAT Testing Professional to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will bring 2 years of hands-on experience in automation and UAT testing within the Trade & Finance domain, with a strong foundation in remittances, import/export processes, and API testing. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and seamless integration of financial systems through comprehensive test planning, execution, and defect management. The successful candidate will play a key role in validating end-to-end business workflows, contributing to high-quality software releases, and supporting smooth system transitions during user acceptance testing.

Must - Have: 2 years of relevant experience in Automation and UAT Testing within the Trade & Finance domain

Location: Kolkata

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for trade and finance applications
  
• Conduct end-to-end integrated UAT testing, ensuring alignment with business requirements
  
• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to create detailed test cases and test plans
  
• Perform API testing to validate integrations across financial modules and external systems
  
• Execute comprehensive test cycles, including regression, workflow, and integration testing
  
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar defect management tools
  
• Provide regular status updates and test summary reports to stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners
  

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience in Automation and UAT Testing within the Trade & Finance domain
  
• Strong understanding of trade processes, including inward and outward remittances
  
• In-depth knowledge of import and export operations and related documentation
  
• Proven experience in API testing and integration testing frameworks
  
• Solid grasp of end-to-end (E2E) testing methodologies and test lifecycle management
  
• Proficiency in test analysis, test design, execution, and reporting
  
• Experience with test and defect management tools, preferably Jira
  
• Basic database and SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a detail-oriented mindset
