About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)
As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, youll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.
What you will be doing at Evalueserve
Senior Analysts will join the Lending Services (Corporate and Commercial Banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end-to-end lending journey such as follows:
- Lead and independently perform annual credit reviews for CRE borrowers, including in-depth financial, collateral, and risk analysis
- Review and validate financial spreads, borrower/guarantor cash flows, rent rolls, and property-level financial performance (DSCR, LTV, NOI trends)
- Review third party documents like appraisal report, site visit inspection, and property condition assessment report which may impact real estate assets
- Draft detailed credit memos outlining credit strengths, risks, mitigants, and recommendations aligned with client policy
- Conduct quality checks and provide feedback on Analyst deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving queries, clarifying credit policy interpretations, and reviewing edge cases
- Collaborate with credit officers, underwriters, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Identify missing information and raise appropriate follow-ups to relationship managers
- Ensure reviews are completed within defined SLAs and maintain high-quality standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client-specific policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
What were looking for
- Bachelor's/masters degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in CRE credit analysis, commercial lending, or financial risk functions
- Exposure to North American (especially US/Canadian) CRE markets and financial reporting standards
- Strong command over credit concepts, real estate cash flow modeling, and borrower/guarantor assessment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and credit writing skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage timelines and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to build strong team culture
- Ability to ensure that tasks of team members are completed in a timely manner
- Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills
- Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
- Eye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time
- Good MS Office Skills
- Ability to mentor and review work of junior analysts, while managing deliverables under tight deadlines
- Ability to identify pro-active ways to contribute to firms goals & mission
