Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labour laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Leave rules, etc.)
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave tracking, and timesheet coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with statutory requirements
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts
- Conduct new hire inductions and ensure smooth onboarding
- Employee Engagement & Support:
- Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and labour law compliance
- Assist in performance management processes and documentation
- HR Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain HR trackers (joiners, exits, attendance, compliance reports)
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR updates and audits
- Support HR system updates and statutory audits
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS systems
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
