Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global professional services strategy for procurement and S2P transformation, aligned with business growth and customer success outcomes.
  • Practice Development: Build and scale a world-class S2P-focused professional services team across geographies; establish delivery frameworks, best practices, and accelerators.
  • Customer Value Realization: Partner with C-level executives to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Source-to-Pay solutions, delivering tangible business impact.
  • Delivery Excellence: Lead large-scale, complex S2P transformation programs with strong focus on governance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • P&L Ownership: Own and manage the P&L for Professional Services, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and efficient resource utilization.
  • Innovation & Automation: Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to accelerate procurement solution delivery, optimize implementations, and create scalable service models.
  • Business Growth: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to create differentiated S2P offerings, support pre-sales, and identify new revenue streams.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Zycus in global procurement forums, publish domain insights, and position our Professional Services as a strategic differentiator.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 18-25+ years of experience in Professional Services / Consulting / SaaS delivery with strong expertise in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or Procurement transformation .
  • Proven track record of leading large, global S2P programs and managing P&L for Professional Services businesses .
  • Experience scaling global delivery organizations managing large, distributed, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS and procurement digital transformation , from implementation to business value realization.
  • Expertise in creating repeatable service offerings, accelerators, and frameworks for procurement/S2P delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive growth and influence go-to-market strategy.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI, automation, and analytics in modernizing procurement delivery models.
  • Executive presence with proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Recognized thought leader in procurement/S2P, with active contributions to industry forums or client advisory roles.
