Job Description:
Drive daily and weekly sourcing operations by identifying and partnering with key suppliers to ensure the consistent availability of Imported and Premium Fruits & Vegetables. The role involves vendor management, market analysis, and procurement execution to maintain quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers for Imported and Exotic F&V categories.
  
• Track daily/weekly procurement plans ensuring availability and quality compliance.
  
• Conduct regular market analysis to optimize sourcing costs and margins.
  
• Build strong supplier partnerships and negotiate competitive pricing.
  
• Collaborate with category, operations, and logistics teams for seamless execution.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Imported/Premium Fruits & Vegetables sourcing.
  
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  
• Understanding of F&V procurement processes and supply chain dynamics.
