Job Description
Job Title: Regional Training Manager
Location: [Region]
Education & Experience:
- Graduate degree (mandatory); MBA or Masters (completed/pursuing) preferred.
- 48 years of experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics training.
- Knowledge of Kannada preferred for Bangalore region.
- Open to Saturday working and night shifts (cold MHs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create annual training plans aligned with business goals.
- Design and manage training calendars for operations and MH teams.
- Develop, review, and update training content and SOP manuals.
- Deliver new hire onboarding, refresher, and process trainings; monitor completion and effectiveness.
- Lead trainers performance reviews, ensure alignment with MH and business KPIs.
- Track and evaluate training impact using MIS and performance data.
- Collaborate with L&D Lead, HR, and Operations teams to drive continuous learning culture.
- Conduct audits and workshops to address process deviations through training interventions.
- Coach and mentor trainers and team members for ongoing performance improvement.
