Job Description:
Pharmacists will be responsible for processing orders in the store, handling both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical items. Their
primary tasks include accurately selecting products from storage, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring all items are handled with
care to prevent damage. Additionally, they will ensure inbound, and inventory audits are performed in line with the company's standard
operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Responsibilities:
- Quality Control (QC): Ensure all received products meet quality standards.
- Goods Receipt Note (GRN): Verify and document all incoming products.
- Putaway (Storage): Store products in their designated locations correctly, for both pharmaceutical and non-
pharmaceutical items.
2. Outbound Responsibilities:
- Picking: Accurately and efficiently pick products from designated storage areas based on order sheets or pick tickets.
- Packing: Securely pack orders to prevent damage during transit.
- Dispatch: Ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of all products to customers.
3. Inventory Management Responsibilities:
- Cycle Count (CC): Regularly perform stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Damaged/Expired Goods (DEQ): Identify, manage, and document any damaged or expired products.
- Returned Items: Document and track returned items, ensuring accurate processing and proper storage as per the
SOPs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. A pharmaceutical degree (D. Pharm or B.Pharm) is mandatory.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
5. Willing to handle both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical operations.
6. Commitment to adhering to store rules and regulations.
7. Open to contract-based opportunities with flexibility and commitment to project success.
Service Continuity Requirements:
1. Submission of a valid pharmacy license for operational purposes.
2. Successful completion of background verification (Green status).
