What Were Looking For
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Accounts Receivable to lead our
revenue operations and reconciliation processes. This is a critical leadership role that requires
deep expertise in both B2B and marketplace revenue, with a focus on ensuring accuracy,
efficiency, and scalability in our fast-paced quick commerce environment.
Your Role
Cluster-Level Oversight: Managing and optimizing operations across multiple
Dark Stores , ensuring smooth inventory flow and order fulfillment.
Team Leadership: Leading, training, and guiding Superstore Managers to drive
operational excellence.
Supply Chain Management: Ensuring first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile logistics
efficiency for multiple locations.
Process Optimization: Standardizing and improving operational SOPs across stores for
productivity and cost efficiency.
Inventory Control: Overseeing stock accuracy, inbound and outbound movement, and
demand forecasting for all stores.
