Job Description
We are a global leader in SAAS procurement software , specializing in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions for enterprises. Our cutting-edge software helps businesses improve their procurement processes, enhance cost efficiency, and ensure compliance. We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team supporting the US Region and contribute to the success of our clients.
Our Senior Business Analyst support implementation projects through data analysis, documentation, configuration testing, and operational readiness activities. Analysts are detail-oriented contributors who ensure quality and efficiency across the delivery process.
Objectives (what you'll accomplish):
- Configure Zycus Products as per agreed design by consultant
- Prepare and validate data loads, configuration settings, and test scenarios
- Support to document current state processes and client requirements
- Execute system tests and track defects
- Coordinate internal tasks and follow-ups to accomplish configurations / conclude testing observations
- Learn platform capabilities and support consultants with delivery
- Participate in internal continuous improvement drives effectively to scale up the processes, Release Management.

- Technical Curiosity: Interest in SaaS platforms and digital procurement
- Strong Configuration Knowledge about S2P/S2C/P2P Platform
Shift Requirement: This job requires working with our US customers. Candidate should be willing to work in US Hours.
Experience & Qualifications (Required, Ideal, Nice-to-have):
Required:
- 1 3+ years of experience in consulting, support, or business analysis
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
Ideal:
- Familiarity with any ERP, procurement, or SaaS systems
- Internships or projects in digital transformation or software delivery
- Nice-to-have:
- Experience using Jira, Wrike, or project collaboration tools
