Your Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a benefits administrator or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations.
• Self-starter who can work independently, displays initiative and is a problem solver
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
