Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying, acquiring,

and managing new business opportunities in the kitchen equipment category. The ideal

candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent relationship management skills,

and a deep understanding of the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Caf) and QSR industry

landscape.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and field visits to identify and acquire new clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Represent Zepto at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote

products and build relationships.

Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks to

prospective clients.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining

customer satisfaction.

Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and reports to

management.

Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports to support strategic planning.

Coordinate with accounts and finance teams to ensure timely invoicing, payments,

and compliance.


Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of

equipment.


Desired Skills & Competencies

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in kitchen equipment or related HoReCa

categories.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.

Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
