Job Description
As a Manager Mobile Solutions (iOS), you will lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge iOS applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and user-centric mobile experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize performance, and enhance the overall mobile strategy.
Your Impact- Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of iOS applications, ensuring best practices in design, architecture, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement mobile solutions that align with business objectives.
- Drive the adoption of iOS best practices, ensuring high-quality code, security, and performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of iOS developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Stay updated on the latest iOS trends, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define mobile strategies and roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
- Optimize mobile solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
- Ensure compliance with Apple s App Store guidelines and industry best practices.
- 8+ years of experience in iOS development, with a strong understanding of Swift, Objective-C, and iOS SDK.
- Proven experience in leading iOS development teams, managing end-to-end mobile projects, and delivering high-quality applications.
- Strong knowledge of iOS design patterns, architecture, and best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and performant mobile solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in integrating mobile applications with backend services, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of security best practices for iOS applications.
- Experience in AR/VR, machine learning, or other emerging iOS technologies.
- Certifications in iOS development or mobile application architecture.
- Strong understanding of Apple s Human Interface Guidelines and App Store submission process.
