Job Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing for North America, a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing leader who will drive growth, pipeline creation, and regional brand positioning for Zycus in the North American market. The VP will lead and execute regional GTM, demand generation, content, digital, and product marketing initiatives tailored to North America s enterprise landscape. This role reports to the Global CMO and works closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • North America Marketing Strategy:
    Define and execute the marketing strategy for the North American region aligned with business objectives, focusing on demand generation, pipeline creation, and brand positioning.
  • Product Marketing (NA Focus):
    Drive positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for Zycus solutions tailored to enterprise buyers in North America.
  • Demand Generation:
    Own pipeline targets by running integrated regional campaigns across channels including email, paid media, ABM, and events.
  • Content & SEO:
    Develop North America-specific content and SEO strategies to improve visibility and lead quality.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing:
    Optimize paid and organic digital initiatives, ensuring high-quality leads and improved conversion rates from North American traffic.
  • Events & Field Marketing:
    Plan and execute regional events, roundtables, webinars, and customer forums to drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Sales Alignment:
    Work closely with the North America sales team to align marketing efforts with sales priorities, drive campaign follow-up, and improve conversion.
  • Analytics & KPIs:
    Track key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and regional marketing effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership:
    Build and lead a North America-focused marketing team, including regional marketers, agencies, and contractors as needed.
Skills and experience:
  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably focused on North America.
  • Proven track record in regional demand generation, product marketing, digital strategy, and content.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying behavior in North America and familiarity with complex B2B buying cycles.
  • Experience in integrated campaign execution across digital and field channels.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams while owning and driving regional priorities.
  • Data-driven and highly analytical with experience using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a Tier I business school (preferred).
