    Job Title:

     Customer Care Associate (Non-Voice Process)


    Job Summary:

    We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an International BPO (Non-Voice Process). The role involves assisting global customers through email, chat, and ticketing systems. Candidates should have excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer queries through email and live chat support no calling involved.

    • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.

    • Maintain customer records and track interactions in CRM tools.

    • Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution.

    • Follow company communication guidelines and quality standards.

    • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets.

    • Ensure data confidentiality and process compliance at all times.

    • Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) for international support.


    Required Candidate Profile:

    • Qualification: Undergraduate with 0-7 years of experience. (freshers welcome).

    • Skills Required:

      • Excellent written English and typing speed (3540 WPM minimum).

      • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

      • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

      • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

    • Soft Skills:

      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

      • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

      • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    • Shift: Rotational (Night Shifts Included)

    • Work Mode: Onsite
