 SEO Analyst (Mid-Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a mid-level SEO Analyst to drive organic growth through keyword strategy, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance improvement. The ideal candidate should be data-driven and experienced with SEO tools and analytics.
  • Plan and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities for ranking improvements and content expansion.
  • Execute on-page optimization: meta tags, headers, internal linking, structured content formatting, keyword placement, and image optimization.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-driven content briefs and editorial plans.
  • Conduct regular site audits to detect and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, broken links, and duplicate content.
  • Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, site speed performance, and other technical SEO metrics.
  • Optimize existing website content and landing pages based on keyword performance and ranking trends.
  • Perform off-page SEO activities, including outreach, link-building, and backlink quality evaluation.
  • Monitor SEO performance metrics and create weekly/monthly performance dashboards and reports.
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio) to measure SEO effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging tools or techniques.
  • Work cross-functionally with design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website updates and campaigns.
    Skills & Requirements
  • 2-4 years of SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Search Console, GA4).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), and basic technical SEO concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver tasks on time.
