P&C Services Managers are managing the P&C Services operations in their respective geographical area according to the agreed global service scope and SLAs. P&C Services Managers drive continuous improvement within KONE P&C by providing insight and analysis on the improvement opportunities. P&C Services Managers hire, retain and develop talent within the P&C Services function. P&C Services Managers are critical part of service deliver model in delivering P&C services for the organization with their teams.
P&C Services Managers dedicate their time to service delivery, operational management, process development and advisory activities. They collaborate with other P&C teams and different business stakeholders to ensure that service delivery flows and that the set targets and KPIs are achieved. They have clear counterparts on global, area and cluster / country levels to enable smooth service delivery across different units and countries.
