ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Associate of Delivery Operations, you ll support project management within the Delivery teams and collaborate closely with Finance Operations, FP&A, AR, AP, and Resourcing. You will contribute to process improvements and help uphold the high standards of quality and reliability that our business expects.

In this role, you will

Work closely with Delivery teams and Operations teams for project support setup and maintenance in Workday and Excel

Maintain communication with Delivery, Finance, and FinOps teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of system data

Set-up projects at kick-off and effectively communication outstanding items

Manage resourcing (core and support teams) at project kick-off and with shifting deadlines

Support Delivery teams in managing project financials, especially during month s end

Work with Delivery teams to assist with billing schedules and ensure client invoices are processed properly and in a timely manner

Maintain strong, working product and process knowledge. Quickly master new product functionality and processes in line with evolving business needs

Document daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that Delivery Ops supports

Other important skills

Must possess excellent English communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with US-based teams or clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in multi-cultural setting

Self-starter and resourceful

Experience with client communication and management

Timely communication with key stakeholders

Strong planning, scheduling, prioritization, and organization

Experience with Workday or similar ERP system preferable
