Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on findings and agree on next steps for research initiatives.
Conduct thorough quality checks on deliverables produced by research associates to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to research associates throughout the research process, fostering skill development and best practices.
Demonstrate strong project management skills by scoping projects effectively, defining objectives, and planning timelines to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow and communication, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to managers/stakeholders, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions proactively.
