Job Summary:
Teleperformance is hiring Chat Support Executives in Mohali. Candidates with good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are encouraged to apply for this exciting chat process role.


Job Responsibilities:
* Manage customer queries through chat support.
* Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
* Maintain chat etiquette and professionalism.
* Record and update customer interactions as needed.

Requirements:
* Typing speed of 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Comfortable with rotational shifts.
* Must be ready for Work From Office (Mohali).

Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
