Job Description: Senior Business Analyst - Lending Domain
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in the lending domain. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and compliance in our lending operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows within the lending domain.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for LOS and LMS.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in loan origination and management.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and workflows.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects related to LOS and LMS enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to ensure successful project execution.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding LOS and LMS-related initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project status, gather feedback, and drive consensus.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or issues within the lending operations.
- Develop and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance metrics.
- System Implementation and Support:
- Participate in the selection, implementation, and testing of LOS and LMS solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology with MBA/PGDM (60% marks in overall Qualification)
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the lending domain.
