Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating visually compelling case studies, white papers, ad banners, and digital assets that communicate complex ideas with clarity and style. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling across all materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging case studies that align with brand tone and messaging.
- Create clean, professional layouts for white papers, reports, and presentation decks.
- Develop custom graphics, infographics, and data visualizations to support storytelling.
- Design digital ad banners, social media creatives, and promotional visuals for campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling designs.
- Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and maintain high visual standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 46 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media.
- Ability to visualize and simplify complex information into elegant, clear graphics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with B2B or tech marketing design.
- Understanding of brand identity systems and marketing funnel design needs.
