As a Market Research Community Support Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Qualitative market research team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Recollective Expertise:
Setting up and configuring communities on the Recollective platform.
Programming/configuring various research activities and surveys.
Quality assurance (QA) of activities, serving as the first pass.
Uploading respondents and managing invitations and reminders.
Fielding questions from project teams and clients.
Serving as a point of contact for site support, addressing respondent needs for platform access and general inquiries.
Compiling and presenting progress reports for short-term projects.
Quality assurance (QA) of activities, serving as the first pass.
Formatting data exports when part of client deliverables.
Creating filters and crosstabs for in-depth analysis.
Undertaking community administrative tasks, including incentive payment management and coordinating monthly prize draws.
Managing the community Gmail inbox and responding to inquiries.
Posting Monday Musings to engage the community.
Conducting Long-Term Community Recruitment Refreshes as needed.
Program checking via a Decipher link.
Moderating and monitoring the Welcome Room, identifying and flagging cheaters and uncooperative respondents.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with market research community platforms, particularly Recollective and ICMIB are a plus, but not required and will be trained.
Previous market research experience is also a plus, but not required.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail, especially for programming activities, QA and data formatting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment.
Enthusiasm for delivering meaningful insights through market research.
