Job Summary:
Were looking for a driven and creative Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager to take
the lead on marketing strategy and execution for our Advanced Wound Care and
Hemostasis portfolio including Axiostat (hemostatic dressing) and MaxioCel
(advanced wound dressing). You will play a key role in building our brand story, driving
digital engagement, and enabling the field teams across both domestic and international
markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Brand Marketing

Drive marketing strategy and go-to-market planning for Axiostat and MaxioCel
across trauma, surgery, and wound care verticals.
Develop positioning, clinical messaging, and storytelling aligned with both
clinician and institutional buyer personas.
Plan and execute product launches, KOL engagement, and education programs
in partnership with medical aLairs.
Manage product lifecycle marketing including updates to claims, packaging, and
sales tools.
Digital Marketing
Own and execute digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid media,
webinars, and influencer outreach).
Manage brand presence across digital platforms including website, social
media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), and e-commerce partners.
Use tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and
Google Analytics to drive lead generation and conversion.
Measure campaign ROI and optimize digital strategies based on data and
insights.
