Altruist is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and well-spoken individuals to join our team as Inbound Process Associates. If you are someone with good communication skills and a passion for helping customers, this opportunity is for you!

Language Requirements (Must Have):

Candidates must have basic communication skills in English and one regional language:

• English + Hindi

• English + Kannada

• English + Malayalam

• English + Tamil

Experience & Qualification

• Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply

• Qualification: Any Graduation is mandatory

Work Schedule

• Shifts: Rotational

  • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

  • 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

  • 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

  • 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

  • 12:00 PM 9:00 PM

• Week Offs: Two (2) rotational week offs
