Job Description
- Financial reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, and present them to senior management.
- Team leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting staff, delegate tasks, and ensure the team meets deadlines.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance against the budget, and forecast future financial needs.
