Role Overview: As a Retail Associate, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our store. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in various store operations such as stocking, billing, arranging displays, and housekeeping. - Provide top-notch customer service by addressing product inquiries courteously and meeting customer needs. - Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in your assigned department. - Adhere to safety and quality guidelines set by the company. - Promptly report any inventory shortages or damages to your supervisors. - Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. Qualifications Required: - Education: Minimum qualification of 12th Pass. - Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. - Language: Proficiency in basic English communication; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage. - Medical Fitness: Mandatory requirement in accordance with GCC medical standards.,
