Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain EV products.
    • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
    • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
    • Maintain call records, lead status, and sales updates.
    • Follow up with interested customers to ensure closures.
    • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth onboarding of customers.

    Preferred Candidate:

    • Experience: 1 to 3 years in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales
    • Strong communication and convincing skills
    • Ability to handle customer objections confidently
    • Female candidates preferred (as per requirement)
