Hello,
I am Pushpraj Chauhan from RightMatch HR Services Pvt. Ltd. which is a company specializing in recruitment across the BFSI industry.I am writing to you with regards to an opportunity with a General Insurance firm for a Property underwriting across Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Surat, Jaipur and Chandigarh.

Location - Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Surat, Jaipur and Chandigarh
Responsibilities:
1. Managing all complex underwriting quotes and/or proposals for the commercial segment.
2. Responsible for underwriting guidelines and information sheets for the zone.
3. Innovation in the underwriting approach to structure policy design.
4. Identifying niche pockets within the segment for potential and sustainable business growth.
5. Monitoring the claims and loss reserves of the segment and working in synergy with the claims team to optimize the loss reserves of that segment.
6. Seamless working with the risk management team for controlling and managing losses for further improvement of the bottom line.
7. To lead interactions with internal stakeholders and partners for speedy resolutions of identified issues.
8. Preparation of MIS reports for management review highlighting concern areas and monitoring product management to ensure profitability.
Ideal Applicant: -
1. Total Experience: 4+ years of core underwriting in Property lines.
2. Educational Qualification: Full-time Graduates/Post Graduates
3. Other Traits: Non EB, Underwriting, General Insurance, Commercial Insurance
