Job Description

Revenue Cycle Management: Manage and optimize the entire RCM process.
AR - Monitor AR aging and drive reduction in outstanding balances..
Adaptive Behavior Assessment: Knowledge of ABAS or similar tools; ensure proper documentation and billing.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and enhance team productivity.
Ensure timely and accurate claim submission to insurance carriers and clearinghouses.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports, analyze data, and improve revenue generation.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Address queries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
Open for WFO/ US Shifts.
