Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and will be responsible for designing and delivering robust, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  
• Build RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  
• Design and implement UI components using React.js, Redux, and related libraries.
  
• Manage and design MongoDB databases and schemas.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
  
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development using MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).
  
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.
  
• Solid experience in React.js and its ecosystem (Hooks, Redux).
  
• Proficient in Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
  
• Experience with MongoDB, including schema design and aggregation.
  
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JWT-based authentication.
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL.
  
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
