Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international inbound/outbound calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Record customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Adhere to company quality standards and process guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle customer concerns
- Problem-solving mindset
- Willing to work in night/rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Prior BPO/International Voice experience is preferred but not mandatory
