Role & responsibilities
Security Management:
1. Supervise day-to-day security operations at residential, commercial, and construction sites.
2. Control access to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
3. Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, unauthorized entry, or security breaches.
4. Safeguard company assets, construction materials, and machinery.
Construction Site Safety & Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including proper use of PPE by workers.
2. Monitor entry of contractors, vendors, and visitors on sites.
3. Report unsafe practices or hazards to Site Management or Safety Officers.
4. Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to maintain security without obstructing operations.
Incident Response & Reporting:
1. Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, theft, or security breaches.
2. Maintain accurate records of incidents and submit reports to management.
3. Coordinate with law enforcement, fire safety teams, or medical assistance when needed.
Team Supervision:
1. Supervise and guide security staff deployed across multiple sites.
2. Conduct briefings, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
3. Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational discipline.
Monitoring & Technology Use:
1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security and incident reports.
2. Recommend improvements to security protocols for residential and construction areas.
Customer & Stakeholder Interaction:
1. Assist residents, visitors, employees, and contractors while maintaining security protocols.
2. Professionally address security-related complaints or concerns.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Minimum High School / Diploma; preference for candidates with security or law enforcement training.
2. 25 years of experience in security management, preferably in real estate, residential, commercial, or construction environments.
3. Knowledge of safety standards, construction hazards, and emergency response procedures.
Skills & Competencies:

2. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Leadership and team management capabilities.
5. Physically fit to patrol residential areas and construction sites.
Work Schedule:
1. Shift-based, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
2. Flexibility to move between residential, commercial, and construction sites as required.
3. Must be available to provide support at any other time of day as per company requirements.
Small Arms related skills
1. Demonstrated understanding of small arms (types, handling, safety protocols and tactical employment) and their appropriate operational use.
2. Preferably ex-military or paramilitary with formal training and field experience.
3. Proven ability to assess team members small-arms skills and to deploy personnel optimally for security operationsincluding VIP protectionbased on experience, qualifications, and operational needs.
