Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive medical writer with exceptional communication skills and a strong foundation in clinical research. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in critically analyzing and summarizing complex medical literature to extract valuable insights. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be integral to the systematic review of medical literature, ensuring that our reports meet stringent standards and regulatory guidelines.   • Independently plan, write, edit, and format literature review study protocols, scientific manuscripts, project proposals, SOW (Statement of work), and report documents.
  • Understands literature review process and guidelines, clinical research methods and terminologies, and is adept at integrating and summarizing data from various sources in a clear and concise manner.
  • Works with team leads and editors, maintains timelines and workflow of writing assignments and ensures timely completion.
  • Ensures documents are well-organized, accurate, consistent, and in compliance with applicable company SOPs and other guidance documents and regulations.
  • Manage and drive document reviews and address comments. Facilitate comment resolution discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Works collaboratively within a team environment and interacts directly and independently with all relevant groups. Leads round table discussions effectively and efficiently. Facilitates resolution of comments.
  • Understand and follow all client/journal publication policies and procedures, including confidentiality, secure file transfer, copyright law, and privacy protection.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines, including proper citation of sources and avoiding plagiarism.
