About the Role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM Consultant/Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in risk, policy, audit, and compliance management modules, along with strong technical skills for customization and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules: Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, and Operational Risk.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, dashboards, and reports within ServiceNow IRM.
- Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow IRM and other ITSM/ITOM modules.
- Participate in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of IRM processes.
- Collaborate with global teams on risk and compliance frameworks and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 38 years of experience in ServiceNow IRM or ITSM.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IRM modules: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, Operational Risk.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Experience in creating dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
- Knowledge of GRC/IRM frameworks and regulatory compliance standards (ISO, NIST, SOX, GDPR) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in agile project environments.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow IRM Certification.
- Knowledge of IT Risk and Compliance domains.
- Integration experience with external systems via APIs and web services.
Requirement: Immediate joiners preferred.
