We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Supply Tech initiatives including onboarding, intelligent matching, dynamic pricing, user engagement, quality assurance, and support systems. You will develop advanced tools and backend systems that serve both knowledge workers and clients at scale. This is a deeply cross-functional role requiring strategic vision, technical fluency, and an obsession with delivering business impact through product innovation.

Responsibility
- Drive Strategic Vision: Own the product strategy for the Uber AI Solutions Supply Tech platform, ensuring alignment with Uber s broader goals while identifying opportunities for long-term growth and innovation
- Marketplace Design & Growth: Shape the mechanics of supply-demand matching, pricing algorithms, quality control, and trust systems to optimize liquidity and efficiency in a growing two-sided marketplace.
- Lead with Technical Depth: Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to design scalable, performant systems. Dive deep into architecture tradeoffs, data pipelines, and model integrations to ensure technical excellence.
- User-Centered Problem Solving: Develop a deep understanding of the full lifecycle of knowledge workers (Experts) and clients. Segment users, define goals, synthesize research, and drive creative, high-impact solutions.
- Data-Driven Prioritization: Define, monitor, and act on key metrics to measure product success. Champion experimentation and rapid iteration to drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with operations, engineering, design, data science, legal, and other teams to execute with alignment and clarity in a highly matrixed environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a platform or marketplace environment.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, API design, and system scalability.
- Experience leading highly cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and drive end-to-end execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and scaling online marketplaces, including supply acquisition, incentive modeling, and liquidity management.
- Deep technical aptitude able to engage engineers and data scientists on tradeoffs, architecture decisions, and system constraints.
- Prior experience with AI/ML platforms, human-in-the-loop systems, or knowledge work marketplaces (e.g., data labeling, translation, annotation).
- Experience launching global-scale products in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform prioritization and identify key levers for growth.
