Job Description
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for production systems and applications.
- Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline system operations and improve service reliability.
- Manage and monitor system configurations, troubleshoot environment and performance issues.
- Identify and implement opportunities for system performance tuning, resiliency, and scalability.
- Plan, document, and deploy applications and services across Unix/Linux, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the release lifecycle, ensuring smooth deployments and rollbacks.
- Enhance release and deployment processes through automation and standardization.
- Manage infrastructure resources and coordinate maintenance and downtimes across Production and Non-Production environments.
- Participate in on-call support rotation (one week per month) for after-hours incident response and maintenance.
- Contribute to post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability.
